These answers will give you a clear feel for how this plan works and why it’s so different.

Are appointments for anyone, even if I tried therapy/self-help before?

Absolutely, this is all about coaching. No matter what your age is, it is never too early or late in your life to start to understand how your mind truly works. The mind only works one way: we call this 'Inside Out Thinking'. The sooner you gain this understanding, the sooner your life becomes easier, forever. Even if you have been medically diagnosed for having some chronic mental health condition, it is extremely possible that these sessions will greatly alleviate your circumstances, if not dissolve them completely. This understanding has consistently changed lives -- because once you see how the mind truly works, lasting change becomes natural. All too often people trap themselves in a box defined by others making, it is time to step out of that box and realize what that box actually is and what it always has been.

Who is this for? Anyone who wants to feel calm, clear, and confident again. Whether you’ve struggled with anxiety, stress, depression, high emotional moments (outbursts etc), overthinking, or simply want to reconnect with yourself, this plan meets you exactly where you are -- no labels, no judgement.

And yes, even if you tried various methods before, coaching can complement them, if not be out-right better orientated to helping you. It can also complement existing care (such as medications), but it is not a replacement for medical treatment. We are not working on your story -- we are working on how your mind creates experience itself. Change happens naturally when you understand this -- it is no longer something you chase.

Can I really change my life in a matter of hours? I heard you need years of therapy for this.

We, as humans, all live in misunderstandings. These misunderstandings are adopted from childhood up until the present day. Most misunderstandings don’t require us to re-live painful memories. I focus on the present -- where real experience is born -- rather than the past, which exists only in thought. When you understand how all problems start, change becomes simple and natural.

 

The truth of the matter is, this rarely works, and when/if it does, it could be many years down the line. Why not treat the issue with the knowledge of how all problems start? We go to where problems are created. Shed light on misunderstandings and gain insight for the better.  You will see by the end of these sessions they all come from the same place and what is responsible.

Why does this approach work when so many others don’t?

Because it addresses the foundation of experience -- not the symptoms. When you see how all thoughts and feelings are created, you no longer need to manage or control them. You simply understand them, and that understanding sets you free. That’s why results often come quickly and stay for life.

What should I expect from an appointment and results of this plan?

Expect a relaxed, safe, and confidential conversation -- like having coffee with a friend who truly understands how the mind works. Nothing you share ever leaves the space we create together. My role is to guide you through a simple but powerful framework that allows deep insight and calm to emerge naturally.

 

The session will come across like a simple conversation over the course duration of 60 - 90 minutes. You will find most of the time I will be doing the talking and leading you through an overall framework, with plenty of space to flow with any questions and discussion you want to bring up - just like a regular conversation. No prep is needed -- just come as you are!

 

The framework is to keep us on track throughout and ensure we discuss each topic, and layer understanding every session. This also enables enough space to allow you to breathe and let the information settle into your unconscious mind. This is why it is important to provide such space; so you can really hear what is being said, in a safe, and effective manner.

Results-wise, you can expect to have more clarity, peacefulness, and deeper understanding of yourself. Your relationship with anxiety will certainly change, relationships improve, overthinking slows dramatically down if not completely dissolve, decision-making becomes easier.  All of this allows you to have your mind geared more towards creativity, idea generation, problem solving -- tools you can use for a lifetime, no matter what the situation. You will notice you stop fighting your mind, and a lot of negative self-talk will fade, and start trusting yourself. This is a shift in understanding, not a quick fix. Once you see what I'll be pointing you, you can never "unsee" it. The insight becomes part of how you live, so the results last for life.

What if it doesn’t work for me?

It is completely understandable to wonder this. The beauty of this approach is that it’s not about “trying to make” something happen -- it’s about seeing what’s already true. When people see the principles behind how the mind works, transformation becomes inevitable. Everyone can benefit -- because everyone has a mind.

No matter your current beliefs, it's not about belief or mindset tricks. It's about understanding the simple, universal mechanics of how all humans experience life. You don't need to believe it -- you'll see it. It's very empowering to see life another way and it's there for you when you are ready to trust it.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

Working in the people-person field has a lot of similarities: we all want to help. Every coach has a style and practice, just like every therapy has their own style, focus and methodologies. In saying that, my coaching, and my practice, is proven to change lives in hours, and in such a relaxed way. Never before has it been so simple. I am interested on the present, traditional therapy focuses on where issues originated. 

Can I book additional sessions to follow-up once I am done the Wellbeing Transformation plan?

Yes, I encourage this. The completion of the Wellbeing Transformation plan will have you set for life, but it is a powerful thing to have someone in your corner when you need someone to talk to. Sometimes a friendly reminder is all it takes when we spiral out of control for a short period. Sometimes a good story, reassurance, a comforting voice, a compassionate listener, a friendly and familiar face, is all you need to get you back on track.

 

For those who want to keep in conversation with me, you can book single sessions whenever you feel you need to. Clients are always happy to know that if they want more time to discuss life, various problems etc. it is there for them to avail of; not just as a coach, but as a friend.

Do you work with organisations or teams?

Yes. I can provide group sessions for companies who want to improve the wellbeing, communication and resilience of their teams. So feel free to mention this to the relevant department within your organisation. (Contact me directly for custom packages.)

How do I book and pay for an appointment?

Click on the dedicated button below. Or you can scroll to the menu section and drop down to the Appointments page. Select a suitable date and time. It is recommended to space any appointment out by at least a week apart; you do not need to have appointments consecutively. Bear in mind that the calendar is set in GMT timezone.

 

All appointments are done through video call. You have the option to show yourself (highly recommended) or not. You will get a link once you choose an option for Discord, which is a free app and you can use the link to join a secure channel.

There are 2 methods of payment. Depending on the Appointment type, you can either pay per session, or book the entire plan up-front/series of sessions and be given a discount for that. Remember, if choosing the Transformation Plan you also get your first introductory session absolutely free before purchasing the plan, or have it included for free as part of the plan.

​

And remember -- you don’t have to decide right away. You can start with your free introductory session and experience the shift for yourself before committing. Most people know by the end of that session that this is exactly what they’ve been looking for. If you feel you have standalone topics then a Coaching Call is more appropriate.
